Information You Submit
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. The provider’s own privacy terms govern its handling of a query.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain its contents and contact details as needed to answer. We do not share such a message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary site operation can record technical and usage facts when a page loads:

These rights concern data controlled by this site. A public record held under Iowa Code Chapter 22 remains under the government custodian’s rules, and a linked provider handles requests under its own policy.

We may revise this privacy notice as practices or legal duties change. A revision takes effect when posted here with its new effective date.
